Step 1: Basic Playstyle

Step 2: Guide the party across eras, talk to NPCs, clear dungeons, and win battles to push the story forward. Explore freely, but save often and watch how choices change the future 🔁.

Step 3: Start a New Game

Step 4: Choose New Game, pick difficulty/settings, then watch the opening fair scene. Use the virtual stick or touch anywhere on the map to move Crono. Interact with people and objects by tapping them.

Step 5: Learn the Battle System

Step 6: Fights use Active Time Battle: wait for each character’s gauge to fill, then select Attack, Tech, or Item. Turn on or off the Wait mode in settings to pause enemy actions while picking commands.

Step 7: Use Techs and Combos

Step 8: Techs are special skills that cost MP. When two or three characters are ready, try Double or Triple Techs for huge damage 🐉. Experiment with party setups to unlock new combo moves automatically.
