Step 5: Set a sleep timer: Open your current mix/Tap **Add Timer**/ Choose how long the sounds should play.
Step 6: Use Sleep Tracker: Tap **Track Sleep**/Keep your phone near your bed/The app records sleep sounds and estimates sleep cycles.
Step 7: Try Sleep Stories or Meditations: Open **SleepTales** or **Meditations**/Tap Play/Relax and listen before sleeping.
Step 8: Set a Smart Alarm: Go to Sleep Tracker/Choose a wake-up time window/The app wakes you during lighter sleep for an easier morning.
