Step 1: Prepare for the Invasion

Step 2: Guide a small group of commanders to defend each island from waves of Vikings. Each battle is short but deadly, and every island saved helps your campaign continue across the map.

Step 3: Learn the Basics

Step 4: Start the first mission and follow the prompts. Tap an island to enter battle, tap a squad, then tap ground tiles to move them. Watch the boats to see where enemies will land.

Step 5: Use Classes Wisely

Step 6: Upgrade squads at the camp between battles: archers for ranged hits, infantry for solid defense, pikemen for deadly choke points. Pick one role per squad and lean into its strengths 💥.

Step 7: Position on High Ground

Step 8: Before each wave, pause and place units on cliffs, corners, and narrow paths. Higher ground and tight ledges make enemies easier to block and knock into the sea.

Step 9: Control the Flow of Waves

Step 10: Keep an eye on the shoreline icons showing incoming boats. Rotate squads to the most threatened sides, and don’t let archers stand alone when shielded foes arrive.

Step 11: Retreat and Regroup

Step 12: If a squad is badly hurt, pull it back to a house with a refill icon to heal. Saving veteran units is more valuable than holding a single tile—retreating at the right time wins runs 😎.

Step 13: Plan the Campaign Map

Step 14: After each battle, pick the next island on the world map before the red enemy front line reaches it. Grab coins from easier stages early, then invest in upgrades, items, and extra commanders to survive late‑game chaos.
