Step 1: Asphalt 8 is easy to start and hard to master: tilt or tap to steer, hit nitro to boost, and use ramps to pull off insane stunts 🤟. Follow these steps for a smooth start and faster wins:

Step 3: Begin with the free starter car in the Career or Events menu. Check its stats: top speed, acceleration, handling, and nitro. Pick the car that feels easiest to control instead of only chasing the highest speed.

Step 4: Learn the Controls

Step 5: In Settings → Controls, try tilt, on-screen buttons, or tap-to-steer. Test in an early Career race and adjust sensitivity. Enable auto-acceleration to focus on steering, drifting, and nitro timing for better control.

Step 6: Master Drift & Nitro

Step 7: Press and hold the drift button before turns to slide smoothly through corners. Release to regain speed. Use collected nitro bottles and tap nitro for a boost; double-tap for perfect nitro when the bar is in the highlighted zone ⚡.
