How to play Unpacking?
- Unpacking is about pulling items from moving boxes and finding the best spot for each one. No rush, no timers—just unpack, arrange, and enjoy the story told through everyday objects 🧳
- Start a New Chapter
- Choose a year/level on the timeline. Each chapter shows a new room or home in the character’s life. Tap to enter and see the space you’ll be decorating.
- Open the Moving Boxes
- Tap or click a box to open it, then tap again to pull out the next item. Items appear one by one in random order, like a real move, keeping each room a small surprise.
- Place Items in the Room
- Drag an item to shelves, desks, beds, walls, or the floor 🪄 Release to drop it there. Try putting similar things together (books with books, clothes in drawers) to keep the room tidy and logical.
- Rotate and Reposition Objects
- Tap or right-click an item (depending on device) to rotate it. Move and rearrange freely—nothing is permanent until the level is done. Experiment until the layout feels cozy and natural.
- Watch for Subtle Placement Rules
- Some objects have preferred spots: toothbrush in the bathroom, laptop on a desk, plates in the kitchen. If something doesn’t fit, it may glow or be outlined when you try to finish—just move it to a better place 😄
- Complete the Room and Continue
- When everything is unpacked and correctly placed, the level ends with a short photo-style snapshot. Then move on to the next chapter to see how the character’s life and living spaces change over time.
